we welcome new members of all ages and abilities – our club is friendly and inclusive – providing opportunities for all ambitions.

We are a great club whether you want to learn a new skill, or compete internationally, or make new friends, or lose weight / improve fitness or even take part in full contact fighting. We believe karate is for all.

How To Join

We run dedicated beginners’s courses four times a year – details will be on our homepage.

If you woud like to join outside of this time then please just get in touch and arrange to come to the next convenient session – training time and location are also on the homepage.
