The day was a great success for the club and I would like say a big thank you to Emily Senior and Senpai Warren Brown for their hard work with all the competitors from Dunmow.

BKK Individual Red Belt Awards

Congratulations to our new British Champions Ella Brown and the Brown Belt and above junior team, Josie Smith, Tara Divall and Amber Morris who won their categories.

Also well done to everyone who took part, the standard as normal was very high even Hanshi Steve Arneil commented on how good it was.

All Dunmow trophies can be seen on our achievements page here

I am very proud of all that entered this prestigious event, it's nice to come home with some winning trophies but it is even better that so many of you took part gaining valuable experience for the future.

REGIONAL KNOCKDOWN TOURNAMENT & ENGLAND V WALES TOURNAMENT http://www.dunmowkarate.co.uk//news/REGIONAL-KNOCKDOWN-TOURNAMENT--ENGLAND-V-WALES-TOURNAMENT/ Wed, 02 Jan 2013 00:00:00 GMT REGIONAL KNOCKDOWN AND ENGLAND V WALES TOURNAMENT

SATURDAY 29TH JUNE, DUNMOW LEISURE CENTRE.

I have managed to secure this prestigious event to be held in Dunmow.

It is a fantastic chance to show the town and the BKK how good we are at putting on events.

The England v Wales is a great tournament with a Junior and Senior Kata team, mens and womens Clicker team and the junior team.

I would like to ask all students and parents if they know of anyone who would be willing to sponsor or help part sponsor this event.

Lets make a tournament to remember.

THANK YOU! http://www.dunmowkarate.co.uk//news/THANK-YOU/ Mon, 20 Aug 2012 00:00:00 GMT Thank you for you kind donation of £1,700.00 presented to Richard Clegg on 17th July 2012.

On behalf of all the people who we have assisted, we would like to say a big and heartfelt thank you – your support is very much appreciated.

The Essex Air Ambulance is a vital life-saving Helicopter Emergency Medical Service for the County. It costs in the region of £250,000 per month to cover all charitable costs and aircraft operations. In this current economic climate when fundraising contributions have declined, it makes it even more difficult for us to reach this essential monthly figure.

Every day, volunteers, the public and local businesses work tirelessly to help raise the required amount to keep your life-saving Helicopter flying 7 days a week. The introduction of Doctors on board means we can now provide enhanced critical care at the scene. The Doctors work alongside the Paramedics bringing two sets of skills to the benefit of patients, enabling life-saving procedures to be carried out which would not otherwise be possible so early in the treatment process.

For all our latest news, please visit EssexAirAmbulance.uk.com - it’s a great way to keep in touch and to find out about our new and exciting plans for the future.

Once again, on behalf of us all, a very sincere thank you. We hope you will continue to support us.

Yours sincerely
