Dunmow Karate club enjoyed world class Kata training on
Sunday 12th February 2012. Twice World Champion
Sensei Emma Moulden gave red belts through to brown & black belts quality tips to improve their Katas for the forthcoming Kata tournament in March and also for upcoming gradings.

As well as winning the World Kata tournament in 1999 & 2003, Emma has 10 British individual titles and 9 British team tltles to her name.

She is also currently the GB Kata coach.
